We’re All Building A Community, Together! 

It was as a group of friends, gathering in our safe space (a gay drag bar called Yin Yang Night Club) that we found who we were- that we decompressed from the stressful weeks- that we came out of the closet and out of our depressed, anxious, and isolated selves. Finding our community and being embraced each week with unconditional love and support is what we all sought. As we built friendships amongst ourselves and with the drag queens, kings, and non-binary entertainers that called the stage home, we all flourished. That changed unexpectedly when in April of 2020 the bar closed its doors forever. What was happening to us wasn’t an isolated event- lesbian and gay bars across the country were going out of business and saying goodbye to the communities they set out to support. In this time, what simultaneously changed was our life mission and vision. We wanted to solve this problem. We wanted to find a way to unite the LGBTQIA+ individuals and bring high quality educational and entertaining content to them in their communities and create safe spaces within businesses, colleges, and event venues across the country.
